We decide what personal data is collected on this website and why. This site is hosted through Cloudflare, which delivers the site, keeps it secure, and provides built in network level analytics. Form submissions are stored in Google Sheets through Google Apps Script, which processes data only on our instructions.

2. What we collect and why

We collect only what is needed for the purpose you contacted us for:

• Contact form: first name, last name (optional), email, phone and your message, so we can reply to your enquiry.
• Course registration: full name, email, phone, class mode, city, age and course, so we can process your admission enquiry and suggest a suitable batch.
• Workshop registration: full name, email, phone and selected workshop, so we can confirm your seat and send workshop updates.

When you submit a form, we also record the date and time of your consent for our records.

3. Your consent

Every form includes a consent checkbox that is left unticked by default. Ticking it means you agree that we may use the details in that form for the purpose stated above and in our reply to you.

Consent is your choice. If you do not wish to submit the online form, you can still reach us by phone or email. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to data@artfactory.org.in with the subject "Withdraw Consent".

4. Children's privacy

Many of our students are under 18. If the student is under 18, a parent or lawful guardian must fill in the form and give consent on their behalf. If you believe a child has submitted details without guardian consent, please contact us and we will delete them promptly.

5. How we use and share your data

• We use your details only to respond to enquiries, manage admissions and workshops, and send directly related service messages such as batch timings.
• We never sell your details or share them for third party marketing.
• Data is shared only with services needed to run this site, such as our web host and Google Sheets storage, and only for the purposes above.
• We will disclose data only if required by Indian law, a court order, or a competent authority.

6. Cookies, hosting and built in analytics

We do not add our own advertising cookies, cross site trackers or analytics scripts to this site. Because the site is hosted through Cloudflare, Cloudflare processes standard technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request details and security signals. Cloudflare may also set strictly necessary security cookies and show us aggregate network analytics, such as total visits and general traffic patterns. We do not use these to identify or follow individual visitors, and we have not added any separate analytics that tracks you across other sites.

Content you choose to interact with, such as Google Fonts, the embedded Google Map on the Home and Contact pages, or our Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp links, is governed by those providers' own privacy policies. The embedded map loads only when you visit a page that includes it.

7. How long we keep your data

• Contact enquiries: up to 12 months from our last interaction, then deleted.
• Admission and workshop records: up to 36 months for batch, fee and certificate records, then deleted or anonymised.
• Consent withdrawal: if you withdraw consent, we stop using your data and delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.

8. Security

The site uses HTTPS, form data is stored in access controlled sheets, and access is limited to people who need it to handle your enquiry or admission. No method is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your details and to inform you if a breach affects them.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to share a summary of the personal data we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete your data, or raise a complaint about how we handled your data.

To make a request, email data@artfactory.org.in with the subject "Data Rights Request" from the email address you used in the form, and include your name, phone number and what you would like us to do.
